You’re invited to our Second Annual Event!

MCSC’s Women’s Business Center will host our second annual Small Business Mighty Impact event January 31st, 2019. Join us in honoring the big impact of local women in our small business community.

Welcome to Mission Community Services Corporation

Mission Community Services Corporation is dedicated to enhancing opportunities for potential entrepreneurs and small business owners to become self-sustaining, successful contributors to their communities, with special assistance for women, low-income, minority, veterans, and non-profit businesses in San Luis Obispo, Kern, and Monterey Counties.

OUR Primary Services:

MCSC offers monthly business workshops that are open to the public. These workshops are designed to enhance the understanding of important and current business topics, in addition to providing a networking platform.

"Start, Run & Grow" is a twelve-session entrepreneurial training course that will equip you with the necessary knowledge,  tools, and resources to start and/or grow your business. The "Empezando" course is the Spanish equivalent. The outcomes of these courses are a tangible business plan and fine-tuned business pitch.

MCSC also provides no-cost business consultations. MCSC has an elite team of consultants that have extensive expertise in fields including marketing, organizational development, finance, management, etc. Consultations are offered as an individual service, or as a supplementary service to MCSC graduates to assist them in starting or profitably growing their business.

MCSC's WBC also offers an extensive resource library that is equipped to provide clients with supplementary literature for business related topics.

Vision for San Luis Obispo County

MCSC is proud to continue serving small businesses on the Central Coast. We envision an expansion of our reach and services. In 2017, MCSC is looking to expand its reach by providing local high school students quality entrepreneurial training. This is especially important to students who do not intend on pursuing a college education.

Vision for Kern County

MCSC will be launching a Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) in partnership with the University of LA Verne, which will be located in Bakersfield.

We want to work with you!
