October 3, 2014. A big "Thank you" to Nancy Hayes of MoolaHoop, our presenter at last Friday's Brown Bag Dialogue. What an informative presentation on crowdfunding - thanks, Nancy!
Nancy educated us on the various components of Crowfunding including what is it, how it works, elements of success, businesses that work well on crowdfunding and most importantly, how to assess your “crowd” before you decide to launch a Crowdfunding campaign to raise money.
Nancy Hayes is cofounder of MoolaHoop, which is a crowdfunding site to help women with small businesses raise funds to grow their business. Prior to founding MoolaHoop, Nancy was Dean of the College of Business and CFO of San Francisco State University.
