Polly Mertens is a habit and success coach who overcame a 20-year struggle with an eating disorder and launched her coaching business to help women around the world struggling with addictions to regain their life. She also has a 25-year career as a marketing professional, consultant and coach. She has taught entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, management, leadership and personal development at the Women’s Business Center, Cal Poly, Cuesta College and through her personal brand and online channels. She pays it forward by teaching others ways to thrive physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually so they do work they enjoy, thrive in their bodies and have heart-connected relationships and ultimately design and live a life they love. She has a Masters in Business (MBA) from Cal Poly in Entrepreneurship.

Kathy Marcove has devoted her career to developing the workforce with over 20 years experience training professionals in organizational behavior, managing diversity, train the trainer, and strategic planning. Her company, Marcove Executive Training, provides management and training services for a wide variety of private and public organizations throughout the world most notably the US Peace Corps, Goodwill, Scientific Drilling International, Operation Smile, and Terra Livre. She has been a faculty member at Cuesta College since 2000 and teaches business courses for Columbia College and Cal Poly. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Political Studies and a Master’s degree in International and Intercultural Management from the School for International Training and is a member of the board for MCSC’s Women’s Business Center.

Sabrina Pratt founded the Central Coast Comedy Theater (CCCT) in August 2016 after completing the Start, Run, Grow Course through MCSC and The Women's Business Center. CCCT is an improv and sketch comedy training center and performance ensemble located in San Luis Obispo and hosts classes, shows and workplace team building and trainings. Sabrina is the co-host of the Ignite Her Fire podcast and also provides coaching and consulting services to creative women business owners. She has a BA in Theater Education from Winthrop University and has served as a board member and director for the national non-profit organization CLAW (Collective of Lady Arm Wrestlers). She has taught, performed, and directed at internationally recognized theaters such as Second City Chicago, iO, ComedySportz Chicago and the Charlotte Comedy Theater.
