Brown Bags & Workshops



MCSC offers monthly workshops that are open to the public commonly known as Brown Bag workshops. In addition to providing a networking platform, Brown Bags are designed to increase your understanding of important and current business topics and trends. Brown Bags are typically held every third Friday of each month from 12 pm to 1 pm at MCSC headquarters in SLO. Registration is highly encouraged for these events, however, drop-ins are also welcomed. 


MCSC also offers stand-alone or series workshops in partnership with other organizations. These workshops are typically 2 hours or more, are designed to be more interactive, and may have a small fee. MCSC partners with many resource providers locally and in neighboring communities. The topics of these workshops also vary depending on what is trending and current within the business community.
