Mission Community Services Corporation serves the following Central California communities: San Luis Obispo County, Kern County and Monterey County.

The Mission Business Information Center (BIC) is conveniently located at 71 Zaca Lane – Suite 130 in San Luis Obispo, CA where current and future small business owners can receive information, assistance and advice. Individuals who are in business or are interested in starting a business can use the Mission BIC as often as they wish at no charge.

Mission Community Services Corp., Economic Vitality Corporation (EVC) and Service Corps Of Retired Executives (SCORE) counselors are available, by appointment, for confidential one to one consulting on business planning and management, marketing, financial analysis and cash flow management.  Also, the Mission BIC offers plenty of information on small business finance programs.  Our counselors can help small businesses strategize with various financial resources and develop a financial presentation package to apply for capital.   Information on a wide variety of small business loan programs may also be found at the BIC.

For the prospective business owner, visits to the Mission BIC may be frequent, as they do the basic research necessary to reach the decision to start their business.   Existing business owners can find many resources aimed at business growth.
